SANDPLAY & ADULTS - 1

Sandplay with Children is FUN

Criteria:-

This workshop is for  those persons who have already completed Module I, II & III.

They also need to have facilitated at least 100 hours of sandplay sessions and have received supervision for those hours.

 

Your ongoing personal work and experience working with families is also essential.

 

Workshop cost:-  $625.00

Module IV concentrates on the more advanced skills and knowledge you will require to work with your adult clients.  Over the 5 day training we will cover the subjects listed below.

 

Day 1 - Revisits the Voice Dialogue System with emphasis on particular areas, which were not covered in Module I.  This will also complete your Voice Dialogue training and enable you to use this process as a separate modality if you wish.  In the afternoon of the first day we will spend time practising the additional skills learned in the morning sessions.

 

Day 2 - We look at birth and the impact it has on people’s lives.  This information  helps counsellors with those embedded patterns that people present in their lives.

 

Day 3- Childhood and the decisions we make about everything we encounter as a child and how it is still impacting on us  now, in our adult life.  The Child within us is still the victim of circumstance - how do we help people move on?

 

Day 4 - Looking at the ego and how it uses all in it power not to change.

 

Day 5 - Experiential and practical sandplay work.

 

Days 2-4  will also contain portions of practical work.

  4. Vanished Twin & how it effects people’s lives

 

  1. Decisions made in Childhood
  2. Recreating childhood hurts
  3. The inner child in the Adult
  4. Life force and Pleasure
  5. The Victim

 

  1. Ego Creation & Its Process
  2. Ego defence mechanism &
  3. How do we deal with them
  4. The Unconscious, Consciousness & conscious awareness.
